Eve Shepherd Award

13th July 2015
The Outstanding Achievement Award has been introduced to celebrate the memory of Eve Shepherd. A former pupil of Bruche CP School, Eve was an exceptional learner, and always gave 100%. Her parents, Jane and Mark, would love to reward children who display these qualities. Each term, all teachers nominate a member of their class, an overall winner is selected from the nominees, and presented with the trophy. The child then keeps the trophy for the term as a reward for their achievements. As well as being a reward for outstanding achievement, the trophy is a way of keeping Eve's memory alive at Bruche.
The nominees for the first ever award were Martha Podmore, Elizabete Saldava, Ashton Lewis, Isabelle Platt and Myles Horrabin.
Myles was awarded the trophy for his outstanding progress this year.
