Bruche Primary School receives stamp of approval with national English and maths award!

ENGLISH and maths teaching at Bruche Primary School have been given the stamp of approval with a national award.

Bruche Primary School, part of Warrington Primary Academy Trust (WPAT), has been awarded the Quality Mark Award from education organisation Tribal.

The award recognises the school’s provision, practice and performance in the teaching of English and maths at the school. Chris Jones, Executive Headteacher of Bruche Primary School, said the accolade was “a significant achievement” for the school.

“The profile and quality of English and maths teaching and learning in school is very high,” he said. “Our children engage in great English and maths lessons both in and outside the classroom, developing positive attitudes towards these subjects as well as securing deep understanding and developing their skills. Our children, staff and governors are all very proud of this achievement.”

Bruche Primary School is one of seven primary schools that make up of Warrington Primary Academy Trust (WPAT), a community of more than 2,100 children aged 2 to 11. WPAT was formed in 2016 and quickly developed a national reputation for excellent standards.
