PAN Exhibition

19th May 2016

The upcoming 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro has inspired this year’s Primary Arts Network exhibition at The Pyramid Arts Centre. A host of primary schools from across Warrington were invited to exhibit their work.

At Bruche we have been busy producing our own Rio inspired artwork to contribute to such a vibrant and imaginative collection. Children across all key stages had the opportunity to express their creative fair relating to a specific Rio theme. Early Years created a South American jungle scene whereas Key Stage 1 produced costume designs and headdresses inspired by eccentric Rio carnivals with a Pop Art twist. Key Stage 2 looked at various aspects of the Olympic Games including Matisse inspired pictographs, stadiumarchitecture and the Olympic values.
