Primary Arts Network

30th March 2015
We are pleased to be taking part in the annual Primary Arts Network event that is currently taking place in Warrington.  Our Samba band, expertly led by Mrs Skelton, took part in the concert at the Parr Hall last week.  This week artwork produced by children across the entire school is on display in the Gateway in Warrington Town Centre.  Schools from across the area are taking part and the standard of work is amazing - and ours is no exception.  The photos here do not do justice to the beautiful, colourful artwork produced by our children.  There are portraits using mixed media techniques inspired by Picasso displayed in collaged frames and sculpture and stained glass windows inspired by the work of Gaudi.  If you get the chance, visit the Gateway and have a better look.  The exhibition is free and will be on throughout the Easter holidays.  Well done to everyone involved - what a fantastic way to show off the great things we do at school.
